Our client is looking for a Quality and Process Optimization Manager for their production department.
As the Quality Manager, you are the key figure in monitoring and improving product quality. You represent the company in all matters related to quality and are responsible for developing, maintaining, and following up on the quality system, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ECOVADIS.

Jobinhoud
Process & Product Quality
Supervise quality checks and sampling
Follow up on non-conforming products and handle complaints
Analyze product deviations and develop action plans
Prepare reports and present them to management
Quality System
Maintain and monitor the quality system (ISO 9001)
Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits
Manage documentation and report to management
Prepare and lead quality meetings
Administrative Quality & Sustainability
Implement ISO 14001 and environmental processes
Coordinate ECOVADIS reporting and sustainability initiatives
Report and follow up on certification progress and status
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability
Support customer questionnaires related to certification
Collaboration & Communication
Supervise the quality assistant
Direct contact with customers regarding complaint follow-up
Collaborate with production and external assembly partners
Jouw profiel
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g. quality management, chemistry, production)
Experience with ISO 9001 is a must; ISO 14001 is a strong asset
Knowledge of ECOVADIS or sustainability reporting is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Communicative, independent, and solution-oriented
Fluent in French and able to manage in Dutch
